Peggy Stap is a panelist at “The Future is NOW! Career Extravaganza” sponsored by the Boys & Girls Clubs of Monterey County, March 25, 2011.

Peggy Stap, founder and executive director of Marine Life Studies is scheduled as a panelist at this powerful youth conference sponsored by the Boys & Girls Clubs of Monterey County, the Salinas Union High School District, Mission Trails ROP and Leadership SalinasValley. Peggy will be providing information and guidance to young people about careers in marine mammal education, conversation and research.

The event seeks to inspire and inform local youth on making positive choices today in order to achieve successful future outcomes as they learn from community leaders and professionals about their career paths, engage in informative workshops, are inspired by passionate speakers and participate in a Resource/Demonstration Fair.

A primary goal of The Future is NOW! Career Extravaganza! is to help students learn that efforts set forth now lead to the outcomes of the future.
